Question: How much can I invest in Public Provident Fund per year? Can I invest more that Rs. 70,000 per year?

    You can invest a maximum of Rs. 70,000 per year. The minimum amount per year to keep the Provident Fund account valid is Rs. 500. You can either pay in one installment or make 12 installment per year. But the maximum amount to be invested is Rs. 70,000 annually.
